Move your Magento store to Shopify with your catalog, customer data, order history, content, SEO signals, and essential storefront functionality carefully mapped to the new platform. AALogics handles discovery, data mapping, Shopify setup, theme work, app replacement, redirects, QA, launch, and post-migration stabilization.
A Magento-to-Shopify migration is more than exporting products and importing a CSV. Magento and Shopify structure products, attributes, categories, URLs, extensions, customer accounts, and store views differently. We identify those differences early and rebuild around Shopify's architecture while keeping the business data and functionality that matter.
Mapped. Migrated. Tested. Ready to Launch. Your Magento store remains the source of truth during migration. We work in a Shopify staging environment, validate the store, prepare redirects and launch steps, and schedule cutover only after approval.
MAGENTO TO SHOPIFY MIGRATION ASSESSMENT
Migration can make sense when maintaining Magento is becoming more complex than the value it delivers. Before recommending a package, we review the current Magento environment and identify what can move directly, what must be reconfigured, and what needs a Shopify-native replacement.
Your team spends too much time on hosting, patches, upgrades, extension conflicts, deployment, or infrastructure maintenance.
Simple merchandising, design, or operational changes regularly require development effort or long release cycles.
The Magento store depends on multiple extensions that create upgrade or compatibility risk.
Your current Magento version needs a major upgrade, but the business is considering replatforming instead.
The current stack requires ongoing technical work to maintain acceptable storefront performance and stability.
Marketing, merchandising, and operations teams want a simpler day-to-day admin experience — including cleaner markets, currencies, or regional storefronts.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Shopify plan fees are paid directly to Shopify and are not included in the migration package.
Paid Shopify theme licenses and third-party app subscriptions are purchased separately unless explicitly included.
Existing Magento passwords are not transferred as reusable Shopify passwords. Account access follows Shopify's account model.
Saved payment tokens generally require reauthorization or provider-specific migration and are not assumed to transfer.
Cart price rules, tier pricing, subscriptions, gift cards, and store credit may need rebuild or separate validation.
Extensions cannot be copied to Shopify. Each must be replaced, rebuilt, redesigned, or retired.
ERP, PIM, WMS, CRM, or proprietary middleware may require separate technical discovery and additional scope.
Extensive duplicate removal, catalog enrichment, or manual content cleanup is outside normal migration scope unless included.
We implement migration best practices and redirects, but rankings, traffic, or revenue after replatforming cannot be guaranteed.
MIGRATION ASSURANCE
Migration and storefront work are completed in a separate Shopify environment while Magento remains live.
We define backup, source-data, cutover, and fallback steps before launch.
Magento entities are reviewed so attributes, categories, variants, customers, and orders have a defined Shopify destination.
Important Magento URLs are mapped to appropriate Shopify destinations before domain cutover.
Each essential Magento extension is reviewed instead of assuming the same functionality exists natively on Shopify.
Products, collections, customers, orders, navigation, cart/checkout, redirects, and agreed integrations are validated before launch.
TIMELINE
Planning estimates depend on access, data quality, extensions, integrations, UAT availability, and design approvals — not guaranteed completion dates.
| Package | Indicative Timeline | Typical Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 3–5 weeks | One storefront, smaller catalog, limited extensions, minimal custom functionality. |
| Bronze | 5–8 weeks | Larger catalog, broader data history, custom attributes, extension replacement, SEO work, selected integration. |
| Gold | 8–12+ weeks | Multi-store / multi-market, larger data sets, multiple integrations, custom storefront, or complex Magento logic. |
Timeline depends on Magento admin/database access, Shopify store access, accurate catalog data, approved theme direction, extension inventory, third-party credentials, and client UAT availability.

Why AALogics
Migration is easier when the team understands Magento data structures and can rebuild the customer experience on Shopify — not treat the project as CSV transfer only.
We understand Magento products, attributes, extensions, store views, customizations, and operational dependencies.
We rebuild the customer-facing experience around Shopify rather than treating the project as data transfer only.
Design, store structure, theme implementation, migration, and QA handled as one coordinated project.
AALogics works with ecommerce APIs, analytics, payments, feeds, and connected business systems.
Redirects, metadata, URL changes, internal linking, and launch checks are in the plan — not left until the end.
After launch, the store can continue with Shopify support, theme work, speed optimization, CRO, SEO, or integrations.
