General Design Phase Workflow

1. Discovery & Consultation

• Conduct an initial meeting with the client (or project manager) to gather project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience details.
• Review existing branding materials, including logos, color schemes, typography, and design preferences.
• Identify key objectives, design expectations, and any specific inspirations or references.

2. Wireframing

• Develop low-fidelity wireframes to outline the layout and structure of key pages.
• Share wireframes with the client for feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Ensure wireframes establish a clear user journey before moving into high-fidelity designs.

3. Design Mockups

• Create high-fidelity design mockups for essential pages (e.g., homepage, product pages, service pages).
• Ensure designs align with the client’s branding and follow the latest UI/UX trends.
• Incorporate interactive elements where applicable to showcase user interactions.

4. Feedback & Revisions

• Present design mockups to the client for review.
• Implement revisions based on client feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Offer up to [number of rounds] rounds of revisions as agreed upon in the project scope.

5. Final Design Delivery

• Provide the approved design mockups in the required format (e.g., Figma, Sketch, PSD).
• Deliver all design assets, including images, fonts, icons, and style guides for development.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for multiple screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).

6. Client Approval

• Obtain formal approval from the client before transitioning to the development phase.
• Address any final adjustments to ensure complete satisfaction with the design.

Exclusions

• Any additional design work beyond the agreed-upon scope will be considered separately.
• Development, coding, and post-launch design modifications are not included unless specified.
